Improving Your Memory!

July 22, 2009 0

Lately Ive been experiencing memory gap and because of this I research about memory gap until I found this tips on how to improve our memory...

- Focus your attention on the most important things.

- Relax, stress triggers the release of cortisol, which can disrupt nerve interactions.

- Get enough sleep. During sleep the brain stores the memories.

- Stimulate your memory by learning skills, a new language, or a musical instrument.

- Drink sufficient water. Dehydration can cause mental confusion.

- Avoid alcohol abuse and smoking. Alcohol interferes with short-term memory and alcoholism can lead to a deficiency of thiamine, a B- vitamin that is essential to
the proper working of the memory....
