I Want Nobody But You

July 27, 2009 0
The video “Nobody” by Wonder Girls which was shared to me by a friend is the most viewed video in Youtube right now. What made this music video viral is that it has some funny scenes that really made viewers like me laugh out loud. The song is very addictive too.  In fact, until now I still keep on singing the chorus part of the song and trying to memorize its dance steps. Lol

Respect!

July 24, 2009 0
I may not be rich as others are,

I may not be good in English as others are,

I may not be pleasant as others are,

At least I'm trying to learn and never stop dreaming that someday, (who knows!)

I will be what others are now!

But I will always remember to live simple,

And never hurt anyone just to get what I dream of...

Improving Your Memory!

July 22, 2009 0

Lately Ive been experiencing memory gap and because of this I research about memory gap until I found this tips on how to improve our memory...

- Focus your attention on the most important things.

- Relax, stress triggers the release of cortisol, which can disrupt nerve interactions.

- Get enough sleep. During sleep the brain stores the memories.

- Stimulate your memory by learning skills, a new language, or a musical instrument.

- Drink sufficient water. Dehydration can cause mental confusion.

- Avoid alcohol abuse and smoking. Alcohol interferes with short-term memory and alcoholism can lead to a deficiency of thiamine, a B- vitamin that is essential to
the proper working of the memory....

Marian Revira As The New Darna!

July 06, 2009 0
Over the years Mar Ravelo's Darna komiks series has been a big hit action heroin among Filipinos. And it has been played by different artist in several generations; Rosa del Rosario, Liza Moreno, Eva Montes, Gina Pareño, Vilma Santos, Rio Locsin, Anjanette Abayari, Nanette Medved, and Angel Locsin. And Regine Velasquez in the movie Captain Barbell of Bong Revilla , Sharon Cuneta in the Herbert Bautista starrer Captain Barbell, and even Dolphy in the gay-spoof version.
Starting sometime in August. GMA produced another reincarnation of the Mars Ravelo komiks super-heroine, starred by Marian Rivera. Which as they say would be unlike among the rest.(Well, lets see to that!)

The cast includes Mark Anthony as Efren; Iwa Moto as Valentina; Nadine Samonte, Isabel Oli and Ehra Madrigal as Darna’s foes; Rita Avila and Jestoni Alarcon as the parents of Narda, Darna’s alter-ego; Janice de Belen as Valentina’s mother; Paolo Contis as Valentina’s father, King of the Snakes; Celia Rodriguez (who once played Valentina) as the caretaker of the orphanage where Narda grows up; and Robert “Buboy” Villar as Ding. Others in the cast: Alfred Vargas, Bearwin Meily, Angel Aquino, Maggie Wilson, Caridad Sanchez, Gabby Eigenmann and Roxanne Barcelo. Directors are Dominic Zapata and Don Michael Perez.
