Shopaholic is what you call to a person who is addicted to shopping. They are the persons who has anxiety disorders they buy for the high they get the latest trend on fashion and something that would make her look great. They also buy for the attention they got from the saleslady/staff that will make them feel important. Although there are other shopaholics who shop to help change their mood. As they say, "When the enjoy gets tough, the tough go shopping. "
The movie "Confessions of a Shopaholic" is perfect movie to watch for better understanding about this kind of addiction. You will learn a lot from this movie especially on how to overcome your addiction to shop.

Charlie's Angels Farrah Fawcett is Dead

Before Micheal Jackson died yesterday in the afternoon Farrah Fawcett also died in the morning at exactly 9:28 am at Saint John's Hospital in Santa Monica, California. 
Farrah Fawcet was one of the private investigator Jill Munroe on the 1970s television hit Charlie's Angels. At 62, she finally gave in after a two-and-a-half year battle with Anal cancer. Here is the statement from Ryan O'Neal, her long time partner, to Usmagazine.com:
"After a long and brave battle with cancer, our beloved Farrah has passed away. Although this is an extremely difficult time for her family and friends, we take comfort in the beautiful times that we shared with Farrah over the years and the knowledge that her life brought joy to so many people around the world."

Farrah Fawcett was a pop culture figure whose hairstyle was emulated by millions of young women and whose poster sales broke records, making her an international sex symbol in the 1970s and 1980s. She also appeared in highly rated television movies like The Burning Bed, Nazi Hunter: The Beate Klarsfeld Story, Poor Little Rich Girl: The Barbara Hutton Story, Margaret Bourke-White and Small Sacrifices.

Micheal Jackson Finally Say His Goodbye!

At the Age of 50, Micheal Jackson the King of Pop had his last breath yesterday afternoon after arriving at a hospital in a deep coma. 

 It was said that Jackson had been taken ill at his home and found not breathing by paramedics who rushed him to a hospital. 

The paper's report followed news of Jackson's death first reported by the TMZ entertainment website, which said that the singer suffered a cardiac arrest. The news of his death was not immediately confirmed by Jackson's family, or spokespeople for them.

Family spokesman Brian Oxman told CNN that members of the singer's family, including his sister La Toya and brother Jermaine, were at the hospital. "They are in a room by themselves. They are quiet and they are sobbing," Oxman said.

Oxman said he had not been told whether Jackson had died.

As we all know Micheal Jackson created the best pop song's  that made the world stand up and dance. His hits includes "Thriller", "Smooth Criminal" and "Bellie Jean". He also created the famous dance moves and his signature dance move which is the "moonwalk".

Laughter for Long Life!

According to a getology studies (from the Greek Gelos means laughter) laughter is very good to your health. It proves to be therapeutic to illness like hypertension and high blood pressure because of sustained artificial relaxation that improved. Gelotogist say that our lives would be better off with laughter, practically every organs of our body will have a hearty workout when we laugh. It is also a good therapy for people who has painful conditions like arthritis. And a modest number of calories may burn off as we laugh.

Did you know that there are 3 kinds of laughter?
1.) Nervous Laugh
As Freddie Aguilar suggested in his song "Tawanan mo ang yung problema". Nervous laugh is use when we try to escape our problem and difficulty.
2.) Sarcastic Laugh
This kind of laugh is use when we want to ridicule on someone to throw insult.
3.) Innocent laughter
This is the kind of laugh that happens when you here jokes, see something funny or caught yourself on funny situations. This is the laughter that breaks a tense atmosphere.

I recently discovered that the men who had died at the St. Stephen Monastery near Jerusalem are healthy. However, when anthropologist began to study their bones they found out that most of the monks has problems on their knee caps. It was worn smooth and showed signs of arthritis. This is because of the long hours of prayer on cold stone floors.
